Khiem Tran, Founder and Physical Therapist
Khiem Tran possesses more than 16 years of experience and holds both a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from Loma Linda University. He is a dedicated caretaker whose knowledge extends to a variety of rehabilitation environments. His experience in acute care, neurology, outpatient care, hospital, and home health leadKhiem to found Physical Therapy Network Solutions with the goal to revolutionize the way that therapists and patients approach home health care, and to provide a higher quality of life for those in need.
Emily Villa, Physical Therapist Assistant
Emily Villa brings more than 15 years of experience to Physical Therapy Network Solutions. Her background in nursing, home healthcare, acute care and rehabilitation makes her an invaluable resource for patients with a wide range of needs. Emily holds a degree from Northwest Arkansas Community College and is also a certified Pilates instructor through Body Arts and Science International.
Chanda Barrett, Physical Therapist Assistant
Chanda Barrett’s wealth of knowledge and passion for personalized care for is well-known among Physical Therapy Network Solutions’ clients and patients. A licensed therapist with degrees in both Physical Therapy and Kinesiology from Cerritos College and California State University, Fullerton, Chanda’s more than 10 years of expertise greatly benefits those patients with orthopedic concerns, particularly total joint replacements.
Lolanda Moore, Physical Therapist Assistant
In 2016 Lolanda Moore realized her passion and received her PTA degree from Carrington College. Her background includes inpatient physical therapy, outpatient physical therapy specializing in lymphedema and ontological care. Lolanda Moore believes in a whole person approach and making people active participants in their own treatment.
Breanna Roche, Physical Therapist Assistant
Breanna Roche’s specialty involves taking a creative approach toward the healing process while guiding patients to their individual wellness goals. Her accomplishments include a Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Loma Linda University, as well as work in neurologic rehabilitation and outpatient care. Breanna brings a strong background in the skilled nursing facility setting to Physical Therapy Network Solutions, including a familiarity to diagnoses ranging from post-surgical to orthopedics.
Jasmine Truong, Physical Therapist Assistant
Jasmine Truong brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. She works with outpatients, acute inpatients, and home health. Jasmine worked as a certified personal trainer for 8 years and completed a certificate program for sports massage therapy in 2009 from the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Costa Mesa, CA. In 2015, she graduated from PTA school at Bay State College in Boston, MA in 2015.To further her education, she is currently working on her Bachelors in Sports and Health Sciences at American Military University.
Martin Andrade, Physical Therapist
Martin grew up in beautiful southern CA, and became a resident of O.C. in 2007. He attended Cal Poly State University, SLO, majoring in Kinesiology, again graduating Cum Laude. He then attended the University of Southern California, earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2001. He also attended Joe Godges year-long manual therapy course while being a Kaiser employee. He has been very active in the field since the, working predominantly in outpatient orthopedics and sports physical therapy. He has also worked as a traveling PT, working around the US in TX, FL, MA and OR. The progress he sees in his patients is both fulfilling and exciting. He brings positive energy and a good snese of humor to help make the therapy beneficial and entertaining.
Jason Dalafu, Physical Therapist
Jason Dalafu earned his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology from Vanguard University. He has experience working in both outpatient orthopedics and inpatient/outpatient neurorehabilitation. Jason is a certified PWR!Moves Therapist with additional training focused on Parkinson's patient rehabilitation. He is also a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Jason Dalafu offers a great deal of knowledge and provides excellent care for each individual patient in their journey towards physical recovery.
Patricia Trinidad, Physical Therapist Assistant
In 2016, Patricia Trinidad received her PTA degree from Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts in San Mateo, California. Her background includes inpatient physical therapy and outpatient physical therapy. One of the aspects Patricia loves most about being a Physical Therapist Assistant is meeting new people and joining them on their journey to wellness and fitness. Her desire is to assist patients in achieving their optimal health potential, fitness, and functional goals. To achieve this, she provides education to enable understanding of how the body moves and heals. Her philosophy is to teach and train each person so they are given the tools needed to maintain their health.
Nicki Birdsall, Office Manager
Nicki was a Co-Owner at Genesis Medical Education Consultants for just over a decade and is intimately familiar with the inner workings of California's healthcare industry. She has contributed her administrative skills to multiple companies, including a non-profit organization that focused on children with terminal conditions as well as the wellbeing of their families. PTNS has shown the same commitment to improving the lives of so many patients, Nicki feels at home ensuring they are in the best of hands!
