Khiem Tran, Founder and Physical Therapist
Khiem Tran possesses more than 16 years of experience and holds both a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from Loma Linda University. He has been a dedicated caretaker in rehabilitation environments encompassing acute care, neurology, outpatient care, hospital, and home health. Khiem founded Physical Therapy Network Solutions to revolutionize the way that therapists and patients approached home health care, and to make life better for those in need.
Emily Villa, Physical Therapist Assistant
Emily Villa brings more than 15 years of experience to Physical Therapy Network Solutions. Her background in everything from nursing and home health to acute care and rehabilitation makes her an invaluable resource for patients with varied needs. Emily holds a degree from Northwest Arkansas Community College and is also a certified Pilates instructor through Body Arts and Science International.
Chanda Barrett, Physical Therapist Assistant
Chanda Barrett’s wealth of knowledge and passion for personalized care for is well-known among Physical Therapy Network Solutions’ clients and patients. A licensed therapist with degrees in both Physical Therapy and Kinesiology from Cerritos College and California State University, Fullerton, Chanda’s more than 10 years of expertise encompass patients with orthopedic concerns, particularly total joint replacements.
Brent Sallee, PT, DPT
Brent is a SoCal native, originally from Westminster, CA. As an undergraduate majoring in exercise biology, he sought out a greater understanding of the human body, guided fitness, and generalized wellness. Deciding between medical and physical therapy school, Brent was drawn to his passion of helping individuals maximize their abilities, perform at their best, and succeed to their desired level. Through his education at Chapman University's physical therapy program, he has found both the knowledge and drive to help individuals improve their physical abilities via well-rounded rehab programs. Brent has worked and completed internships in the orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac, general hospital, and post-surgical settings, which has allowed him to appreciate and utilize all aspects of physical therapy care.
Breanna Roche, Physical Therapist Assistant
Breanna Roche’s specialty involves taking a creative approach toward the healing process while guiding patients to their individual wellness goals. Her accomplishments include a Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Loma Linda University, as well as work in neurologic rehabilitation and outpatient care. Breanna brings a strong background in the skilled nursing facility setting to Physical Therapy Network Solutions, including a familiarity to diagnoses ranging from post-surgical to orthopedics.
Jerico Talili, Physical Therapist Assistant
Jerico Talili finished his Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Exercise Science at California State University, Fullerton followed by a Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Concorde Career College. Jerico has several years of experience in outpatient and skilled nursing as well as home health. He utilizes different techniques and methods that he learned from his previous experience to help his patients reach their individual wellness goals.
Jasmine Truong, Physical Therapist Assistant
Jasime Truoong brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. She works with outpatients, acute inpatients, and home health. Jasmine worked as a certified personal trainer for 8 years and completed a certificate program for sports massage therapy in 2009 from the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Costa Mesa, CA. In 2015, she graduated from PTA school at Bay State College in Boston, MA in 2015.To further her education, she is currently working on her Bachelors in Sports and Health Sciences at American Military University.
